Oracle Payroll Fundamentals: Earnings and Deductions (US) course is an fundamental of payroll management in an Oracle R12.x system. This course provides an overview of the Oracle Payroll architecture and its key components, as well as details on setting up the payroll system, processing payroll batches, and joining system tables. Students learn how to create the wage and deduction elements used for employee earnings and deductions, and discuss rules for calculating and prorating deductions over a period of time.
